Is Onyango Obama a registered US voter?

The arrest last week of President Obama's "undocumented" aka: illegal alien uncle, Onyango Obama from Kenya, has brought some surprising details to light.

Obama's uncle was stopped for drunk driving in Massachusetts after he ran through a stop sign and almost had a collision. While Uncle Onyango has been held in jail ever since on an ICE hold, details are being released.

The first surprise for many was the fact that President Obama had a second illegal alien relative living in the United States. We previously learned about his Auntie Zeituni Onyango, who made headlines when it was revealed she was an illegal immigrant living in South Boston public housing. She has since been granted asylum by the State Department and it is assumed, still living in public housing.

But probably the most disturbing fact is that Uncle Onyango, had a valid Massachusetts drivers license and a social security card in his possession. How in the world do you get these documents when you are not an American citizen and you are here illegally?

Many are now wondering how easy or difficult is it for an "undocumented" alien, someone who is in our country illegally, to obtain these valuable documents?

But another realization is dawning on many: That if you can obtain these documents, then it must be very easy to obtain a voter registration card and vote. Lots of voter law requirements have been watered down over the years, some states don't even require I.D to vote. So a most troubling question for many: Is Uncle Onyango registered to vote in Massachusetts/US and has he voted in our elections?

Uncle Onyango has the same lawyer who represented his sister in deportation hearings. He successfully argued that she be granted asylum. So many suppose Uncle Onyango will probably get the same deal and will not be sent back to Kenya. Do you think a few strings might get pulled?

Individually this is just one case, one example of an illegal alien getting caught. But this brings to light a possible major flaw to our system: the ease in which valid documents can be obtained and when they are obtained, how hard can it be to get registered to vote? If thousands or even millions of Uncle Onyangos are voting, what is this doing to the fabric of our country? What happened to the one citizen one vote foundation of our country? Is there an executive order somewhere that says that's not the law anymore?

With recent revelations that Colorado uncovered 14,000 non citizen voters on their rolls, this problem could go far deeper than we realize. Texas changed its voter requirements to stop this sort of vote fraud... Houston do WE have a problem?

Should NYC Mayor Reconsider His 911 Prayer Ban?

Mayor Bloomberg's proclamation that prayer services not be allowed at the Ground Zero 911 ceremonies........seems to be in the process of being answered.

Almost simultaneously at the time of his announcement that offended all people of faith, the east coast was hit by an unusual 5.8 earthquake. Although the quake didn't cause major damage, it shook the nerves of many, whose first thoughts were of another terrorist attack. Many were brought back to those terrifying moments of horror almost ten years ago. New Yorks Twin Towers were engulfed in flame and bodies of victims rained down from the sky.

Now a hurricane of biblical proportions is aimed at the east coast and it seems New York City will bear a huge brunt of the massive storm. Meteorologists have said winds of over 100MPH may hit the city and strong high storm surges are expected, which could cause huge damage to coastal areas.

As New Yorkers know, when there is a strong wind, it is super magnified when it gets in between the sky scrapers causing wind vortices and other anomalies. What happens to windows of skyscrapers when winds exceed 100 MPH? I hope we don't have to find out.

Of course many are now calling for good thoughts and prayers as the hurricane approaches the mainland. Some would call this a sort of foxhole religious reaction, but no matter what, people seem to reach deep in times of stress and find new religion.....Will the Mayor ask for prayer and good thoughts of Americans to protect his city?

Ironically ten years ago right after the 911 attack, President Bush arrived in the City and lead a prayer for our nation in a packed Yankee stadium. Millions of Americans stood with their fellow New Yorkers in that prayer, we were all New Yorkers then, united in prayer. Truly an E. Pluribus Unum moment.

Ten years later, the 911 ceremonies commemorating the attack will be a secular progressive dream and prayer services will be banned.

Mr. Mayor, how about hedging your bets and reconsidering your prayer ban? Wouldn't hurt anything or offend anyone except for a loud, easily offended vocal minority who want to bend the majority to their will.

57% of Immigrants in America are on Public Assistance

At the Statue of Liberty on Ellis Island, is the plaque that says: Give me your poor, your tired, your huddled masses. OK, enough already, we have all of them we can use.

The shocking statistics tell a tale of a failing immigration system, when 57% of immigrants with children in America, legal and illegal, are on some sort of public assistance. Where's the benefit of this for American citizens?

States all over America are staggering under the enormous debt of entitlements and part of that debt is incurred by massive waves of immigrants, up to 20 million illegal aliens are included in this.

But is there something sinister underlying this wave of immigrants, who are burdening our welfare systems? Some say it seems to be aided and abetted by political leaders who look upon these immigrants on the dole as huge voter blocs who will vote for the politicians who give them the most benefits. As an aside, it was revealed 70% of people who receive free healthcare in Massachusetts are illegal aliens.

It almost seems the modus operandi of this government is to encourage, aid and abet the exodus of good paying jobs out of this country and import massive amounts of poor immigrants who are getting on the dole. Just look at who the White House chief on job development in our country is: Jeff Immelt, the CEO of GE who is an exporter of American jobs out of our country.

Any states that try to get a handle on their illegal immigration burden by enacting laws and statutes that actually mimic the federal laws, are immediately set upon by the justice department and buried in lawsuits.

Some of the louder voices in the Congressional Black Caucus have actually started to question President Obamas economic policies and are complaining that their constituents are suffering high rates of unemployment. Of course in the next breath they blame the Tea Party!...Hello!

If you want to help the unemployment rate, get a handle on the legal and illegal immigration probelm. We need to close the borders NOW and enforce the immigration laws NOW that are on the books. Include the enforcement of requiring sponsors for immigrants to be economically responsible for them, instead of becoming burdens on the American taxpayer.

America Eats Peas, While Obama Dines With the Elite

Before jetting off for his ten day vacation at Mahthas Vineyard, President Obama admonished us to eat our peas. Interwoven in his message were many references of shared sacrifice. ...For us.

Most assume he meant, we will have to tighten our belts. Times are tough right now and it will take sacrifice="eat yer peas"! I lived in a house where you had to sit at the table until you finished ALL of the peas on your plate. To hear a voice of authority say "eat your peas" evokes memories of long unpleasant nights at the dinner table.

It seems every time we turn around we are getting hit with"shared sacrifice" talking points from whatever media source is within earshot. These talking points are used to drive home a point of austerity, softening us up for the hammer to come down on the benefits and entitlements that many have come to expect as Americans.

Marthas Vineyard is the playground for the wealthy elite of America. The elite that own those private jets and corporations, the very types that Obama and his allies always rail against. Yet the President seems to move comfortably among them & mingle.

So before the Washington elite start to hack away at the rest of our benefits and "entitlements" lets see them practice some shared sacrifice by eating peas along with the rest of us.

How about the President and Congress take a pay cut, eliminate their pensions and get Social Security like most of Americans. No special Cadillac health plans, but live under Obamacare like the rest of us are supposed to do.

Please Mr. President how about the next time you and the family go off on a vacation, fly together instead of separately, it will save us hundreds of thousands of dollars. Not to mention the extra green house gasses, separate jet transports spew.

Lead by example. Us pea eaters want you to sit down at the table next to us and finish everyone of those round vegetables. Then we can talk about shared sacrifice.

London Style Riots Planned for New York.?

It has been revealed that a coalition of organizations, are planning a coordinated "Day of Rage" in major cities across the USA. With an incendiary name like that, people are envisioning London style anarchy.

The main target of this event is New York City, with protests planned to spread across the nation. Ground zero will be Wall Street and it's symbol, capitalism. Seems the aim of this "protest" will be to disrupt Wall street, AKA: Heartbeat of the financial activity of the nation....The planned date for this event is September 17.

I just checked the calendar and this date happens to fall on a Saturday. Uh, hate to break this to you, but Wall Street is closed on the weekends. But why worry about minor details!

Maybe the intent is for a long term "happening" as advertisers are telling participants to "bring their own tents" and plan on having an old fashioned sort of "tent city" in downtown Manhattan. This sounds interesting, I wonder if "smore's" will be on the menu, cooked over what sort of campfire?

"Day of Rage" is a borrowed term from the original event planners,1960's domestic terrorists Bernadine Dohrn & Bill Ayers. Close advisers/friends of President Obama over the years, Bill and Bernadine have not yet replied to their RSPV's to this modern version of their event.

Some of the organizers behind this are the SEIU and elements of ACORN. Other than to disrupt capitalism/Wall street, US Day of Rage website is not specific about the purpose of the "Day" other than calling for "integrity" to be "restored to our elections."...Uh I thought ACORN had already taken care of that? They also accuse corporations of using "money to act as the voices of millions, while individual citizens, the legitimate voters, are silenced and demoralized by the farce." Of course they don't say that they themselves are corporations.

They are advising participants on ways to best practice "civil disobedience", how to resist police arrest and disrupt court hearings.

However this turns out, lets hope it is peaceful. This is America where it is the right of every American citizen to peacefully assemble and protest. But it is not the right of a few to shut down the nations financial system to make their point and New York City, unlike London will not stand idly by if anarchy starts to rule the streets....Especially just a few days after the 10 year anniversary of 9/11.

Polar Bears Thriving, Al Gore Melts Down

High Priest of global warming Al Gore, had an obscenity laced meltdown at the Aspen Institute the other day. The outburst only mirrors the desperation his movement is experiencing. More and more question the "science" behind his scientific/religious crusade.

I think we all remember the heart breaking ad that depicted the poor Polar Bear paddling in the open ocean. Paddling about aimlessly because (supposedly) there wasn't any ice left for him to roam on? The ice caps were melting due to AGW (Man caused Global Warming) and it was just a matter of time before there was no ice left....anywhere.

The clip ended and the pitiful bears demise was left to our vivid imaginations. Many pictured the poor bear would soon tire and drown, the last you would see of him would be his paw waving above the water one last time before he slipped to the icy depths. Or equally horrible, he would be torn apart by Orcas and Great White sharks.

A convenient bit of information was left out of the ad though....Polar bears can swim 60 miles across open ocean to travel from one ice pack to another, they are at home in the ocean. Of course many urban dwellers don't know that"inconvenient truth" about these hardy bears and jump to conclusions.

Well there happens to be a federal probe underway investigating the "science" used to scare the world about the melting ice caps. It has the "environmental community", or"industry" as some like to call it, very nervous. Here is a link to the story:

After the ad aired on national television, Desperate viewers pleaded for the federal government to do SOMETHING to help the poor bears before they all drowned....or worse. At least get the poor bears on the endangered species list.

The White House acted by ensuring the bears were placed on the "threatened" list, but not the endangered list, claiming there wasn't any scientific evidence to prove the bears were endangered. They were not going to be buffaloed into making a knee jerk decision on this.

The blockbuster revelations known as "Climategate" a couple of years ago, brought to light that the main scientific institute, University of East Anglia, used doctored data to bolster Al Gores man made global warming claims. Since that time, it has been one embarrassment after another, for the religion of AGW.

NASA, NOAA, and other agencies charged with the study of climate have had to backtrack on previous data that they had furnished. Temperature taking locations around the world once set in areas "out in the sticks" are now in the middle of urban build up, surrounded by concrete and asphalt which make temperatures rise in those locations. Main stream, recognized scientists from all over the world disagree with the "science" used to bolster the claim of man made global warming.

Record setting snowfalls, colder than normal temperatures, longer winter like conditions, all fly in the face of the AGW crowds claims.....Oh and BTW the Polar Bear population is just fine, ask the hikers in Norway.

But disturbingly, in spite of all of the contrary science and facts available, the Obama administration is peppered with warmist "believers" who are shaping our energy future using the bogus data provided by the AGW crowd, to shut down our proven energy resources. Sad.

In a Stunning Triumph Wisconsin Voters Repudiate the Left

After being held hostage and assailed by the lefts biggest heavy hitters for months, Wisconsin voters had the opportunity to strike back.....and strike back they did.

The left had campaigned, loudly and expensively for the opportunity to recall 6 Republican State Senators. Stump speeches by such imported leftist luminaries like Al Sharpton and Michael Moore with class warfare rhetoric, added to the din.

Democrats and organized labor calculated if they replaced these 6 senators with liberal legislators, they would be able to overturn all of the public employee collective bargaining reforms & budget reforms that ushered in the new year.

With an unprecedented amount of money poured into relatively small districts, some estimate as much as 40 million dollars and the overwhelming amount of personnel bussed in from all over the country, many thought it was a foregone conclusion that the left would win. Collective wisdom said no one could withstand this sort of massive firepower concentrated on them. Many predicted a landslide win by the left.

But Wisconsin voters are a unique lot, a bit stubborn and independent. They were not going to be bullied by outsiders using aggressive tactics, nor were they going to be bamboozled by slick expensive ads assaulting them 24/7 on every level of media. The lefts mind stretching argument that their privileges, had somehow turned into some sort of sacred rights, fell flat with Wisconsin voters, who themselves have had to pare back in this tough economy.

After the ballot gun smoke cleared, the Republicans still remained in power and the ongoing reforms remain in place. The left was not able to gain control by conventional legislative means through the ballot process. Democrats still face the specter of 2 of their Senators facing recall elections in the coming week...Stay tuned.

Ironically, the headlines today show that the Wisconsin economy, under their new Republican leadership has begun to roar back and is gaining more private sector jobs than any state. Irony of ironies: Wisconsin's AAA credit rating, lost under the previous Democrat stewardship, has been restored under the leadership of the new crew.
